Message: Would you like to give Cookie access to None's cookie data?

I don't know how I did this, but the message above implies I need to find my cookie data.  I have no idea where to find it.  It shows "7 Domains, 7 Favorites | unique Cookies". How do I access this?

try opening up Preferences
then on the Advanced tab select Open Setup Window
go through the setup, and select any browsers you want Cookie to access

Thank you. I just decided to kill it and start all over. There were only 7 domains I wanted to keep, and one of them was going to be tossed, so I just started all over. It was only about 15 minutes. Anyway, thank you for your help.
