I've used Cookie for a long time. Starting today, Cookie stopped removing anything. I've tried using the Cookie menu to Remove Unwanted Data. I've tried opening up the app and have selected Remove Unwanted Data. I've quit and restarted Safari, Firefox and Chrome, each several times. I've restarted my computer. Still, Cookie shows non-favorite and tracking cookies., along with unwanted databases. Tonight, when I opened Cookie again, all I got was the spinning cursor and then Cookie crashed. I then relaunched Cookie by clicking on its icon in the Finder. It still hasn't removed anything. What gives?

There's a button that says "Import" but clicking it only opens up the current user's Application folder. There's absolutely no info about the name or the location of the previous cookie retention file. Clicking on Help only shows you answers related to the Mac operating system or Apple software. Searching this Support site just finds the question above that has not been answered. What gives? This shouldn't be a mystery.
