I occasionally see two icons for the Cookies app in my menu bar. It is unclear what triggers the second icon to appear.  At startup and at most times there is only one icon.  Then mysteriously, a second icon shows up. Quitting one leaves the second ion in place but non-favorite cookies are deleted. I am running the most-recent version of Cookies on a MBP Rentina  15-in late 2013 with the OS X 10.11.5. I typically have only one browser open - Safari. Any ideas of what is causing the second copy to run and how to prevent it? Thanks.

I like craigminah's idea and I also think it would be useful to have an option to require a password for deletion of favorite cookies. I just spent considerable time making sure certain financial websites behave correctly and if I accidentally hit "remove all tracking cookies" I get to start all over again.
