Privatus is working for Safari but not Firefox. I am running Mac OS X 10.10.5, Safari 9.0 and Firefox 40.0.3. I tried updating to Firefox 41.0.1 and it does not help.

When I use Safari and access Facebook then quit the browser I see the privatus notification and then when I relaunch I am no longer logged into Facebook.

If I do the same thing in Firefox, I still see the privatus notification, but when I relaunch I am still logged into Facebook and I see my cache still has data in it (according to the firefox settings).

In the privatus preferences I see both the icon for Safari and Firefox.

What is going wrong and how do I fix it?
