This is on version 5.0.12. I'll upgrade if you'd like me to see if that takes care of it.

Update: I am still on the version that is supposed to crash when favorites are deleted. This morning, my favorites selections were all gone but there was no crash. Some of my favorite cookies hadn't yet been deleted, but the selections were cleared.

I've been using the test (crashy) version for 9 days now, with no crashes or favorites deletions.

I've just installed the crashy version. I'll let you know soon!

I'm having the same issue. Once a week or so, Cookie will forget which cookies I've checked as favorites, so it deletes everything.... AND I have to re-teach it which cookies I want to keep. Whitelisted cookies (as opposed to favorites) seem immune.
