Funny thing, same error with 7.0.2
The difference between the 14.4 and the 13.6.5 machines is that the machine with the error (13.6.5) is set to auto-login.

I don't get any issues on macOS 13, with Privatus 7....
although I am testing the trial version.

• what are your Privatus settings?
• how are you configuring start at login - via Privatus settings, or using System settings?

this is really odd,
I even tried changing my System language to Deutsche.

The only other thing I can think of, is the build in the App Store is different somehow.
I built a fresh App Store version, and tested that...

Ill try downloading the version in the App Store, and see if that changes anything

As I said, the machine is set to auto-login, some kind of race condition with AppStore functions? I have other Apps on auto start, only Privatus is handled like this. Is there some kind of log to look at?

hmmm, Apple won't let me sign in to the App Store on a virtual machine...

do you se any crash logs for Privatus in:
~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

Nothing about Privatus in the logs folder.
I disabled auto-login on 13.6.5, then everything went smooth. After reenabling auto-login, same error (Privatus is damaged).
On the 14.4 machine it works flawless with auto-login enabled, no errors whatsoever.

I even tried switching auto-start on and off in system settings in 13.6.5. Worked as expected, no start on "Off"-setting. With set to "On", same error as mentioned.

I’m out right now, but have an install of Ventura running now. When I get home I’ll install from the App Store and see what I find.

the install failed twice. Apple doesn't want to let me do this,,,
I have an idea of what the issue may be though.
