Cookie 7.2.3 websites grayed out, no details, seemingly no functionality
-
I’m running a licensed Cookie 7.2.3 under macOS Monterey 12.7.1.
It seems no matter how I configure the settings, the websites are grayed out and no details are shown. I can untick a site and it disappears from the list, but new sites don’t show up on the list for me to act on.
I have 3 different browsers (Safari, Firefox, Brave), each with a different config, but all of them have at least one item enabled in both the Unwanted Data and Removal Options tabs. The interface shows the greenlit “Automatic Removals are enabled” message at the bottom. I have tried Pausing and Starting with the buttons in the toolbar.
In Security and Privacy, Cookie has Full Disk Access. When I “View Browser configuration”, I can see that it has the required access to ~/Library folders.
I simply can’t seem to get the interface to wake up so that I can actually manage sites. Sorry if I am overlooking something simple. I’ve been fiddling with this off and on for months, and finally reaching out for help. I can provide screenshots or any other info you might need. Thanks!

Thanks for that. I deleted that one folder and restarted, but apparently the app was looking into the other folders/files where Cookie stores info and nothing changed. But it did prompt me to essentially trash anything with sweetpproductions in the filename (20+ items) and then launch. The app took me through the setup, and I recreated my previous settings. All seems well again, wish I had reached out sooner!
I appreciate your help -- cheers!
