I just set up a clean virtual Sonoma 14.3 machine, and can’t recreate this issue… perhaps it is an issue in Intel machines? If that is the case, I can’t debug this as i don’t have an old Intel machine laying around unfortunately.
If you steer me to full uninstall directions, hopefully saving the cookies (not just the text names), I can then re-install and test. Then later, import as needed.
No joy. I did delete a lot of Cookie folders, deleted the app, checked again. Installed, as new and activated serial number. Still this... Same after. After many minutes, caches are all still active.
Have you tried removing all cache from within Safari. Perhaps you have older Safari cache types from a previous Safari version which Cookie no longer supports?
I have. Using Safari Develop(er) mode, I can invoke Empty Caches and observe caches (such as pictured above), visible in Activity Monitor, get flushed.
Meaning, no Safari caches remain per Activity Monitor.
