Can someone tell me which files to get rid of the Cookie Software running on Yosemite? And something else, while is their two Heads in the menu bar as well?

it sounds like you maybe have 2 versions of Cookie on your computer?

Cookie is easy to uninstall:

1. Quit Cookie
2. Move Cookie to the trash
3. you can also move this folder to the trash:
   ~/Library/Applications Support/Cookie
4. and Cookie's preference file is here:
   ~/Library/Preferences/com.sweetpproductions.Cookie.plist
