Cookies 'greyed out'

Since upgrading to 3.1 some of my 'favourite' cookies appear 'greyed out' when viewed in Cookie.

Has anyone else experienced this or know the cause?

I should add that I run in a user account, although I have never experienced this in previous versions of Cookie.

Hi Tacitus,

this just indicates that the favourites aren't actually on disk.
previous versions of Cookie totally ignored them...
