Web store behind app store?

I just found out via MacUpdate that you have gone App Store. The App Store version is newer than your webstore . WTH?
I was stuck with a seriously flawed item for weeks before the fix was finally cleared through the App Store --- and I will never do that again for software that can't wait.
Hopefully this version discrepancy is not an indication that those of us who purchased directly are being abandoned ---

version 3.0.24 wasn’t meant to be released….
I found bugs, which have since been fixed.
but iTunes has been down for the holidays, and I couldn't cancel the releaseI apologize for the inconvenience.
3.0.25 should be available early next week.
