I'm running the latest version of os x and cookie as well the latest browsers. Cookie upon starting slowly starts eating up memory. My mac has been on an hour and it is up to 409mb. I've seen it at 12 gb before. Thanks for your help. Please let me know how to proceed.

I have had a couple others report similar problems?
do you have many databases? (on the Databases tab)
I think the problem has something to do with this,
there may be a leak in my database code.....
        but I'm not sure yet...

            thats not so many...
do you use the timer at all?

I have only noticed this happen once on my own system, but couldn't pinpoint it.
after a restart of Cookie the issue disappeared, so I thought it was an anomaly.

I'll look into it more though

Timer is set to ten minutes. I haven't had this happen until a few days ago. It crashed when I clicked on the cookie icon in the upper right to check to see if my timer was on. Here is the log.

                also,
Cookie uses more memory when the window is open, as it attempts to reload each time a new cookie is created.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but for some reasons my new thread didn't seem to pass the spam filter.

Given that no info is available, I was wondering about Cookie's (MAS) compatibility with Mavericks and Safari 7.

                        Thanks for your time,

                        Regards,

                        Alexis

Ill update to the MAS tonight, it should be available in a week i guess.

                          🙂

v3.0.19 is available now, and should hopefully fix this issue once and for all....
