      running the last update makes the software crash. AppStore says that the software named "null" is damaged and that I shall dented it and reinstall it. Doing this ends in an endless loop ...
      Please test your software before you send it to the app store! This is no freeware: I paid for it! So fix it asap or send my money back!

        try moving Cookie to the trash, restart your computer, and redownload again from the App Store

          I have done this MANY times and it still does not resolve the problem. Every new version I download is damaged.

              Thought I would try it one more time today, "moving Cookie to the trash, restart your computer, and redownload again [sic] from the App Store". Doesn't work any better as a solution than the first time it failed to work.

              I paid for this app and am very disappointed that it has been destroyed. How can I get a refund from SweetP? I was told the app would work when I bought it and that was not true. I want my money back.
