Cookie 4 worked great, Cookie 5 appears not to link/update with Browser dis

Since purchasing Cookie 5 a few weeks ago it appeared to connect once to all the browser dbs, but hasn't connected/synced in the weeks since. The number of cookies etc for each has remained the same and hundreds of cookies I can see in the browsers' own interfaces don't appear in Cookie 5. If I can't resolve this I'd really like a refund as it appears to do nothing at this point. Any ideas? (MacBook Pro 15" 16gb/1tb running Mojave)

Is your Firefox setup to allow Cookie to read cookies:

Yes, and yes, but still no apparent communication between Cookie 5 and the browser's other than when I launched Cookie 5 for the first time a few weeks ago.
