Cookie 5 on macOS Mojave and the Mac App Store

I am having issues getting the macOS Mojave compatible version of Cookie through Apple review. Im not really sure what the issue is, and why it is a problem just now all of a sudden.
my apologies for anyone stuck with a non-functioning version of Cookie.
