While I am happy with Privatus 5.1.2, I would upgrade to version 6; it is not clear if this is a paid upgrade only.
I don't mind paying another $5 -- I am just not sure. I have app store version.

v6 is a paid upgrade, if you send me an email at support@sweetpproductions.com I can give you a coupon to upgrade for $2.99 through my site.There are no provisions for discounts in the Mac App Store unfortunately...
but if you purchase through my store, I can then send you a coupon to REDEEM and download via the MAS.
