HIDES - Exclude Finder from being hidden

Hi.  How do I exclude the Finder from being hidden by Hides?  When I open a folder in the finder I need the window to be visible when I switch to another application.  For example I need to drag and drop files form the finder to a browser window, but HIDES, hides the finder windows.

Can't you just turn off the hidden option?

You can select just the apps you do what Hides enabled for in Preferences and do NOT check Finder.
