I've had Cookie5 on my iMac and MacBook for some time now. Updates have never been a problem until last week.

My iMac updated without issue, however I see the following message when trying to update my MacBook...

This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled

There isn't another user. Any suggestions?

    Thanks

    Dave

Is this an App Store update?

you'll need to make sure you're logged into the correct Apple ID that you purchased Cookie with

Thanks for your speedy response Russell

Restarted my MacBook and tried again (app store update). This time I was asked for my iCloud credentials/password when attempting the update, and hey presto, update worked perfectly 😉
