Where do I download Cookie 4.6?

Hi, I'm a long time Cookie user and am now doing a clean install for Yosemite.
I'm currently using Cookie 4.6 in Snow Leopard, where can I download Cookie 4.6 from? I have the original Cookie dmg downloaded 2012/05/18 and it's obsolete, I've had many online upgrades since then ...

Sorry not to ask this before Russell. Is there a database for Cookie favorites that I can transfer to Cookie in my new clean install Yosemite machine? Or do I have to start over and redo them all?
Separate question. And while I'm asking, is there a way to have one entry in Cookie for both Firefox ESR (24 entries) and Safari (31 entries) cookies? Is that what's in "All" panel with 42 entries? The numbers reported don't seem to add up since there are also 8 entries for Chrome and 8 for Opera. And none for Tor.
