Is it possible to hide the Cookie app icon in the Dock and to not have it appear in the Application switcher?
The non-MAS version can do that, but I can't seem to get that behavior in the MAS version.

Cookie 3.0.6p.s. I do have another MAS app called 'myPassword' that only lives in the menu bar and doesn't appear in the Dock etc.
