Hide Cookie in Dock and App switcher? MAS

Is it possible to hide the Cookie app icon in the Dock and to not have it appear in the Application switcher?

The non-MAS version can do that, but I can't seem to get that behavior in the MAS version.

p.s. I do have another MAS app called 'myPassword' that only lives in the menu bar and doesn't appear in the Dock etc.
