Cookie v 5.0.11 to 5.0.12 - Installation Fails

The UpDate commenced automatically but resulted in a failure to install.

A couple of days later it was initiated manually with a similar result.

Is it my system or is there a problem with Cookie?

Sorry, I should have said 'A couple of sessions later......' NOT '...days later...'

However Cookie just automatically offered the Update again, but still the installation fails.

do you see any errors in
/Applications/Utilities/console.app
related to Cookie?

Filtering 'All Messages' using 'Cookie' produces a lot of info.

Another user reported getting rid of those by resetting permissions on the advanced tab in cookie's preferences.
