Removal of "Recently Closed" Tabs

Unless I'm missing something, Cookie does not seem to remove "Recently Closed" tabs from Safari 10. Pilot error?

I haven't looked at Safari 10 yet, it hasn't been officially released.
Ill look into the recent tabs for the next build.
