Is there a way to have Cookie block cookies from specific sites?

I'm looking for a way that I can block certain sites from repeatedly setting cookies. I have set my firewall to completely block all traffic from certain sites, but this is only temporary. I have looked at the Cookie "Blacklist" but I cannot figure out how to add a site to the list and I'm not even sure that's what the list does.

My goal is to block all cookies from a certain site, before they are set, not delete them after they are set.

    Can Cookie do this?

    Not with Cookie....
You can try something like Ghostery, and when content blockers land in El Capitan, maybe there will be more options. The blacklist doesn't prevent cookies from being set, it is just a way of flagging a cookie from removal(within a favourite).

Thanks for the info. I suppose that I'll have to take the time to write my own. That will take more than just "some" time. It has been several years since I did something like that and browsers and operating systems have changed since that time. Bummer…
