Upgraded and now not working

i purchased cookie 2.1.8
I was just offered an update today, which i did.
Now cookie not working and it says i have a trial version of cookie 4.2.1
I tried to re-register this but not working.
Do i have to repurchase? If so, i should have been told that before upgrading. How do i reinstall my old version? -
It is a free upgrade.
Some of the older licenses were generated with an extra space at the end of your name.
if you email me with your license details. i.e. the email you registered with. Ill sort this out for you and (fix)resend out your license.
