Are invisible apps hidden from Spotlight results?

when a file or folder is hidden with Invisible, will it also not appear in Spotlight results?

If so, how long does it take, until Spotlight and the Invisible status are in sync? Is there a lag until the Spotlight index is updated with the Invisible status?
