Problem with setup.

I'm trying to go through the setup, but when the window comes up saying 'Cookie 5 needs to access this path to continue', all applications are greyed out. I can't select any browser. I have safari, chrome and firefox, but none are selectable. I can't think why this might be... any ideas? I'm running macOS Sierra.

when the window pops up, just click OK - you don't actually need to select anything.
