Privatus 5.1 quits after closing Safari

Privatus does not exactly crash.  It is set up to load upon startup; That it does.    However, if I close Safari, and Privatus does its job (which it seems to do well), Privatus unloads itself.  If I reopen Safari, I also need to restart Privatus.

Is Privatus supposed to work this way?  I like what Privatus does; I would just like it to stay loaded.  I guess I could keep Safari running at all times, but there are reasons to restart.

do you see any crash logs in this folder:
~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/
