I am not sure what the following requirement means:

ok, here are a couple of scenarios:
Device restricted Network.
Office networks will often lock down their network to specific devices by their MAC Address.
maybe your phone is allowed access, but not your laptop... with WiFiSpoof you can Spoof your Phones MAC Address to gain access to the network.

Time restricted Network.
Coffee shops etc... will often give wifi access time limits. Your computer is identified by it's MAC Address.
WiFiSpoof allows you to change your MAC Address, essentially making your computer be seen as a new device by the network giving you a fresh time limit.
