Can't delete Google stuff

I use Safari, but I did check Chrome. However, I don't seem to be able to delete Chrome Web Store, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Now or Google Search.
Chrome is cool in some ways, but the privacy issues really upset me so I don't want any of that crap on my computer. How do get rid of it?

ah,
those are Bowser Extensions which are whitelisted by default. If you click the small black Star at the bottom right of the Cookie Window, you'll see an option to uncheck "Never remove Browser Extensions"
once doing that, you will be able to remove them
