Safari Non-Favourites & Browser Extensions

Hello,

I have noticed that when I enable "Never remove Browser Extensions", the menu bar item for "Remove Safari Non-Favourites (0)" never greys out and remains clickable.

If I disable "Never remove Browser Extensions", then "Remove Safari Non-Favourites (0)" correctly fades to grey.

Alternatively, if I manually favourite the Browser Extensions in the list, the "Remove Safari Non-Favourites (0)" also correctly fades to grey.
