Windows alternatives to this?

Been using this app on my Mac for a few months now and I don't know how I ever got along without it... it is truly amazing! I do have Windows machines as well, though, and I've yet to find an app that works like this (runs as its own app, works with multiple browsers, etc.)... I've tried the various plugins available that manage cookies for those browsers, but after using Cookie on macOS, they all pail in comparison
Does anyone know of an app for Windows that I should check out?

I don't know of any global managers like Cookie, you'll probably need a selection of browser extensions to get a similar result.
