Cookie keeps opening every time macOS Big Sur starts

Yet I haven't checked the checkbox to open Cookie (v6.3) at login:

@odebroque sorry for the delay, this is maybe due to the OS reopening apps that were open when you shut down

@sweetp This condition still exists. I had the folder permissions problem that I used the "Remove all Sandbox permissions" fix but since then the window opens on every login.
