Set up isn't working quite right

I am trying out V5. During the set up I chose Safari and Chrome as my browsers. I selected two websites out of the list presented under Choose Favorites. When Cookie opens Safari has no websites listed, while Chrome has the entire list presented during set up, with the two checked to keep that I selected during the set up. How do I get V5 to properly list websites under Safari?

The Favorites will only show if the cookies
are actually present in the browser.
I'm changing this behaviour so Favorites will show always in the next version. (5.5)I should have a beta version ready hopefully this weekend or early next week.
