It also takes an extremely long time for new cookies to show up in the cookie window. Back on stable release, i would log into a new site, open the cookie window right away to mark it as a favorite and it was already there. now under beta h, it takes at least 30 seconds for the cookie to show up in the cookie window to mark it as a favorite (even though it doesn't matter at this point because its not saving them anyways haha)

    hmmm,

Apple has removed official support for cookie access in El Capitan, and I've had to access them manually. reading the cookie file is not so difficult, however Apple has added a security key to the file making writing to the cookie file extremely difficult....
(well the difficulty is not so much the in the writing of the file, but in having Safari accept the newly written cookie file as being legitimate)

I'll take another look, and see if i can find a better solution.

I also haven't looked into cache removal yet.

If it's of any help, here's a sample of what my entire "Cookie Window" list looks like:

Note that every line is grayed out.

    Thanks.

    Hey guys,

I have a new beta here:
    Cookie44i.zip

    it fixes the cache removal

can i get some feedback on this one so i can get a version ready for when El Cap lands in a couple weeks.
    thanks!

Safari cookie removal will silently fail while Safari is running!!!!!!
(Safari) cookie removal while Safari is running will cause Safari crashes - and total cookie loss.

I haven't updated the UI yet, but all attempts to removal cookies while Safari is running will silently fail. 😞

all other browsers work as expected.
    🙂

Well like I mentioned before, Cookie doesn't load automatically anymore, you either have to start it manually or add it to the login items by hand

    Hi,

Cookie 4.4k on 10.11.1 public beta removes cookies only when quitting Safari; using the 'delete non-favorites'-button does not work.

    Hi,

Cookie 4.4k on 10.11.1 public beta removes cookies only when quitting Safari; using the 'delete non-favorites'-button does not work.

This is done on purpose..... modifying the binaryCookies file while Safari is running causes cookie loss. In the official 4.4 build, I have added a warning panel. in 4.4.1, ill make it even more clear in the UI that Safari 9 on El Capitan has this limitation.
