Try updating to macOS 15.1.1, I’ve had feedback from someone that the issue was fixed after updating macOS

@FrozenDude Ive just released v4.1 on my servers with a new Exceptions sub-tab on the File Types tab in Settings.

you can add ._. to the token field to preserve these file types during a clean.

Ive added a new exception field where you can specify file types you want to keep. If you add "._." there, this should hopefully give you the result your'e looking for.

Can you let me know if it works for you, and if so I'll polish up the interface and release a new version.

you could export/import your favorites.
the Export/Import options are in the File menu and the contextual menus (control-click inside the Cookie window to show), and also available by clicking the small heart icon in the bottom right of the window

ah sorry, I see you've already checked permissions...

Do you have read/write access on the folders contains those files?
You can check by control-clicking on the folder and selecting “Get Info"
