Since updating Safari to version 14, websites that use the visual recaptcha for verification have not been working. Specifically, the window with the usual photos such as crosswalks or stoplights, etc. does not pop up. I use a number of extension with Safari such as Honey, LastPass, Downie, and Magic Lasso. I turned them all off in order to find the problem but had no success. I then turned the extensions back on and turned quit out of Cookie. The websites using recapthca now worked properly.
I was able to find the required .plist file to use this utility, but when i drag it into the "drop zone" I am prompted with this message:
"oops, import failed
The file you tried to import was not in the correct format."
I haven't done anything that would alter the format, so why isn't it working?
@SweetP wondering if you've figured out where the sessions are stored post Mojave? I'm in the same predicament as Arlo - can't find my backed up plist files to extract sessions from.
I tried your suggestion of .../safari/extensions.plist and that didn't work for me.
